The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website as well as to all transactions made on the site.

Transport and delivery
  • Currently, Eden ships goods to Canada, the United States and several countries in Europe (if your region is not served or the cost of transport differs from that calculated by the site, we will keep you informed. ). For other international destinations contact us. The risk of loss, breakage for all goods ordered on this website becomes the responsibility of the consumer as soon as the goods are given to the carrier. If all of the items in your order are in stock, it will be shipped within 1 or 3 business days. If some items are not in stock, shipping may take a few days to a few weeks. (Please note, with COVID-19, some orders can take up to 3 months before reaching the store).
  • To find out if an item is in stock: When you see the blue Add to cart button, a minimum of 1 item is available. * Be careful, this does not indicate the quantity available, so if only 3 items are in stock and you place 5 in the cart, the site will not notify you that 2 are not in stock. A red Pre-order button indicates that the item is not in stock, but will be ordered from the supplier upon receipt of your order. On pre-order items, you will also notice that there is a blue Notify me when available line. You can then receive an email when the item is back in stock. * Please note, asking to receive an availability notice does not reserve an item and does not automatically place it on order. Certain items are made to order only and will remain so even if you request to receive a notification.   • If you choose the "pick up" option, we will contact you as soon as your order is ready. From that moment, you will have 90 days to collect your order. After this deadline, the order will be canceled without refund or credit.
  • Eden cannot be held responsible for any costs, delivery error due to an incorrect or incomplete address. It is your responsibility to verify the information when placing your order. Our system prints shipping labels according to what you filled in when ordering.
  • It happens that by using the button "Paypal Express" the delivery costs and taxes are not calculated. In this case, we will send you a link for the payment of these. If this invoice is not paid within 24 hours, the order will be canceled.
  • COVID-19 SPECIAL LOCAL DELIVERY AVAILABLE FOR A LIMITED TIME. Free on orders of $ 40 minimum before taxes and after discounts, if applicable, for people between St-Pascal and Rivière-du-Loup. The order will be delivered in ONE shipment, so if there are any “pre-order” items your order will be delivered when everything is available. Delivery according to our schedule, so get informed! International
  • Customs charges and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment arrives at its destination (outside of Canada). These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
  • Delivery laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to verify with your customs office whether the country in which you reside allows the shipment of your products. Eden cannot be held responsible for direct, indirect, punitive or consequential damages which result from bad practices of international deliveries.

  • Credit notes and gift cards should be used in one transaction. No residual accepted.

Order cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel an order, you have a period of 24 hours after payment for a refund. After this time, a credit note will be issued and can be applied to your next order. (Outside opening hours, send us an email via the contact form). The order must not have been shipped. In this case, see the return policy.

    Return policy

    Your satisfaction is important to us. Thus, if an item purchased in store or on our website does not meet your expectations, we will grant you aour credit applicable on your nextordered.

    Before returning an item to us, take note of the following items  :

    For an item damaged during delivery :

    • You must check your package upon receipt (many carriers require that delivery failures be reported to the delivery person upon delivery for the warranty to apply). So, if the box appears damaged, don't hesitate to open it in the presence of the delivery person.
    • Notify the delivery person of the breakage during delivery and contact us immediately. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded only upon approval of the carrier's claim.
    • You have 24 hours following receipt of the item to file a transport damage claim.

    For an article that does not give you complete satisfaction :

    • You must obtain a return number BEFORE returning the item to us. To obtain the latter, contact us by email via the contact form.
    • The item must be returned within 10 days of the date of shipment.
    • It must be unused and in new condition, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and the return number assigned to you.
    • Shipping, handling and customs charges are not refundable or credible.
    • Transportation for the return of the item is at the customer's expense. No package sent for collection (COD) will be accepted.
    • If an item shows signs of wear, graffiti, presence of hair, etc., it will be credited with a depreciation of 30% of its value. If the marks are too large, so the item is no longer as new, the return will be refused. Pack your returns well!

    Please note that some items have a different policy and / or are non-returnable, non-refundable and therefore cannot be credited:

    • Personalized items, such as prints, are final sales.

    • The bits are final sales for hygienic reasons.
    • As we understand that it is important that your saddle is the right size for you and your horse, we provide the option of returning saddles, mats, and blankets within 10 days of receipt. These items must be TOTALLY clean, with no traces of scratches, folds or hair. We recommend that you use a blanketunder the item to try to prevent the hairs from sticking to the new item.
    • Replacement items, which are therefore sent to replace a returned item or when using your credit card following a return, are final sales.
    • Clearance or promotion items and used items are final sales.
    • Items purchased at events, shows or kiosks are also final sales.

    Please note that colors may vary in photos due to several factors. Cowhide items can also vary in color and pattern. Printed items (zebra example) can also be varied.
